Well if charging it for an extended period of time does not make it disappear, you may need a new battery. User: iTronics_Repair | |||
It could also mean the connection between the battery and the motherboard is not connected correctly or something is corrupted on the motherboard causing the battery either not to charge or not to operate correctly. User: iTronics_Repair | |||
